In this unprecedented context that we ALL go through together, we must, like you, face it. The hotel has been closed since March 15, 2020 and we look forward to reopening our doors to welcome you. So we take advantage of this very special period, to finish preparing the season. This is why we have decided to keep you informed of our mobilization to ensure your safety and well-being.

 

Our good practices: 

In this particular context of a coronavirus pandemic, rest assured that our first priority remains the safety of our customers, our employees and the communities. As a result, in response to this epidemic, we have implemented even more stringent cleaning and disinfection measures following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO). These measures include among others: 

• Reinforced cleaning and disinfection protocols in all areas of our hotel to ensure the greatest possible cleanliness and sanitary conditions.  

• The implementation of additional hygiene measures in our hotel, including the provision of hydro alcoholic gel dispensers, as soon as we are open. 

We recommend that all travelers follow WHO guidelines and travel advice from their home country before travel.

Travel ZEN 
In this context, we have adopted flexible conditions for our travelers. Specifically, to provide our customers with additional peace of mind, we have made the following changes to our booking policies:  Customers having booked via our website or the tourist office site between March 15 and April 30, 2020 (dates may vary depending on confinement): May modify their reservation without penalty OR request to receive a credit for the total value of their reservation to be used within 12 months.  
For reservations made through other sites, please contact them directly for assistance.

We will regularly update our policy as the situation evolves. 

 

Despite the confinement, we are present and listening to you to advise you regarding your future reservations.
